All our products are custom printed to meet your specifications. This means that every order is produced exclusively for you. We do not keep an inventory of pre-printed items.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a product defect. We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming, ensuring that all details, including size, color, and design, meet your expectations.

3. Product Defects

In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require you to provide photos or other documentation to assess the issue.

4. Refund Process

If your product is confirmed to have a defect, we will gladly issue a replacement.
